The NeuroDivines Planner

The free ADHD planner that doesn’t ask you to be consistent

13 weeks at my own pace, the NeuroDivines planner. Designed for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD brains. The planner is currently available in French only.

You’ve bought a planner before. A beautiful one. You filled it in for three days, then skipped a week, and never opened it again because the empty pages were staring at you.

It’s not a lack of discipline. It’s a tool that wasn’t designed for your brain.

So I made a different one. I call it a journal-planner, because it isn’t really a planner: it doesn’t tell you what to do, it first asks you how you are.

Why traditional planners don’t work for an ADHD brain

They assume steady energy, days that look alike, and a consistency that takes no effort.

Three things a neurodivergent brain doesn’t have in stock.

So every empty box becomes one more piece of proof that something is wrong with you. It isn’t true. The tool is what’s wrong.

What’s inside the planner

What changes for a neurodivergent brain

No printed dates. You start whenever you want, you skip days, nothing breaks.

Only one required thing per day. The other two are bonuses, if you have the capacity.

Three capacity levels: full speed, reduced speed, survival mode. All three are legitimate.

A box, every morning, for what you are letting go of today without guilt.

Who it’s for

Also designed for autistic and AuDHD brains

An ordinary planner creates a constant demand. A date coming up, a box waiting, a plan to follow. For many autistic people, that pressure turns a good intention into a shutdown.

Here, nothing demands anything of you. The structure stays the same from one day to the next, so the planner is predictable. But no date imposes anything, and the first question is about what you feel, not what you have to produce.

For AuDHD people, who live with both ways of functioning at once, this is often where traditional tools break down. You need structure without constraint. That is exactly what this planner offers.

Annie Lachance

Annie Lachance, creator of the planner for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people

My name is Annie Lachance. I’m a PCC-certified coach, a former social worker, autistic and ADHD. I support neurodivergent women, entrepreneurs or not, whose brains work differently.

My starting point is never the to-do list. It’s the body, the nervous system, and what the way you function has been trying to tell you for a long time.

Les NeuroDivines is the community born from this work. If you recognize yourself in this planner, you’re already one of us.

And if you want to go further

If your weeks often look like “I give everything, then I crash”, the masking and exhaustion quiz helps you see where your energy goes. Free, 4 minutes.

And if you’d like to build your rhythm with other women who function like you, Les AuDAHcieuses is a 12-week program for autistic and ADHD women.

Frequently asked questions about the planner for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people

Yes, completely. You enter your first name and email, and you receive all three formats. No payment, no credit card.

On reMarkable, Supernote and Kindle Scribe with the e-ink tablet format. On iPad and Android tablets with GoodNotes, Notability or Samsung Notes. And there is a printable version if you prefer paper.

No. No dates are printed in the planner. You start on whatever day you want, you skip days, and nothing breaks.

Two to five minutes in the morning, the same in the evening. And on days when you only have one line to write, one line is enough.

Because a planner organizes your time, while this journal-planner helps you see your capacity before deciding what to do with it. It has no dates, no time slots, no reminder telling you that you’re behind. It’s a space for listening to yourself, not a schedule.

A planner asks you what you’re going to accomplish. This planner first asks you how your body feels and what capacity you have today. Action comes after, adjusted to what is actually available.

Yes. The structure is the same every day, so it’s predictable. No dates are printed, so nothing creates deadline pressure. And the questions start from body sensations rather than performance.

No. If you recognize yourself in the description, the planner is for you. No diagnosis required.

Nothing to prove. Just 13 weeks at your own pace.
