Express Screening
Autistic traits screening for women: better understand your profile
Structured support to put words on how you function and validate your self-identification, without committing to a long and costly diagnostic process. Online, wherever you are.

Why get an autistic traits screening?
You read the story of an autistic woman diagnosed late in life, and you recognize yourself in every line. Then you close the tab, telling yourself you are probably exaggerating.
Maybe this has been going on for months, or years. You seem to function well. No one around you suspects what it costs you. And a formal assessment, with its wait times and costs, doesn’t feel within reach, or necessary.
The Express Screening is a concrete first step. Scientifically validated questionnaires adapted to the female experience, a personalized report, and a meeting to look at your profile together. To move past “maybe” and finally have clear reference points.
In my view, self-identification is a valid path in its own right.
Do you recognize yourself here?
- You have been wondering about possible neurodivergence for months.
- You recognize yourself in the stories of women diagnosed late in life.
- You perform, then you collapse, without really understanding why.
- You have often been told that your sensitivity was exaggerated, or that it was all in your head.
- You want a concrete, accessible and respectful first step.
- You are looking for someone who respects self-identification as a valid path.
What is the Express Screening based on?
The screening relies on three scientifically validated questionnaires adapted to the female experience. They are screening tools, not diagnostic tools. I compile your answers and interpret them with a neuro-affirming approach: we talk about a different neurotype, not a disorder.

The 8 dimensions explored
- Social functioning and communication
- Social camouflage (masking)
- Cognitive rigidity
- Repetitive behaviors
- Sensory sensitivity
- Social intuition
- Sensory limits
- Attention to detail
What the screening is not
This package is not a formal diagnostic process. It does not replace an assessment by a qualified health professional. It is a tool for exploration and validation, for those of you who self-identify and want to put words on what you feel.

The process in 6 steps
Allow about 2 to 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on your pace.
- You book your package. You receive an immediate confirmation by email.
- You receive the 3 questionnaires within 24 to 48 hours.
- You fill them out at your own pace, at home.
- I compile, analyze and prepare your personalized report for each of the 8 dimensions.
- We meet by video for 60 to 75 minutes to explore your profile together.
- You get one week of written support after the meeting.
What you will get
- a personalized report for each dimension, with a detailed summary table;
- color visual scales to see your profile at a glance;
- coaching suggestions adapted to your profile;
- a 60- to 75-minute video meeting to go over your results;

Your report is yours, for life.

It’s for you if...
You want to understand yourself, with reliable reference points and someone who knows autism in women from the inside. You may be questioning, waiting for an assessment, or already diagnosed and curious to know your profile better, especially your social masking. The screening is designed for women and people assigned female at birth.
It is not for you if you need an official diagnosis for medical, school or administrative purposes. In that case, an assessment by a psychologist or neuropsychologist is required.

“I’m not crazy”: Julie’s journey
For decades, Julie felt she functioned differently, without being able to put a word on it. People kept telling her that her sensitivity was exaggerated. She performed, then collapsed. Those around her summed it up like this: “we never know when you’re going to crash”.
She wasn’t looking for a formal diagnosis. She wanted to understand herself. She was also afraid of endless questionnaires, before realizing it was completely doable.
After the screening, the relief was immediate. Today, she no longer plans anything the day before a workshop, books recovery days and is learning to say no before exhaustion rather than after.
“I’m not crazy, it’s not in my head. I felt like I had a scattered puzzle, and then, all of a sudden, it came together. It makes sense.”
“It’s permission to be, permission to express it.”

And after the screening?
The strangest moment is not the one where you recognize yourself. It’s the one after.
You have words you didn’t have this morning. You see certain periods of your life differently. And at the same time, nothing has changed in tomorrow’s schedule.
Many women stay in this in-between for months. They read, they listen to podcasts, they build up understanding. What is rarely missing is information. What is missing is knowing what to do with it on the days when the energy isn’t there.
If you want to move forward on this with other women going through the same thing, Les AuDAHcieuses is a 12-week program for autistic and ADHD women. If you prefer a space of your own, individual coaching is also there for you.
No rush. Have a look and see if it speaks to you.
Frequently asked questions about autistic traits screening
Is this screening medically recognized?
No, and it’s important to say so clearly. It is not a formal diagnostic process. The questionnaires used are scientifically validated, but the support takes place within a coaching framework, not a medical practice. For an official diagnosis, you need to see a psychologist or neuropsychologist.
How much does the Express Screening cost?
$197 plus taxes. This includes the three questionnaires, the personalized report, the 60- to 75-minute video meeting and one week of written follow-up.
What language are the questionnaires in?
The questionnaires are currently available in English only, so a working knowledge of English is needed to understand the statements. The video meeting and the personalized report are in French.
What if I want a formal diagnosis afterwards?
That is entirely your right, and many of my clients choose this path after the screening. The report can help you better articulate your request with a professional. This package is often a step that clarifies what comes next, whatever you choose.
What if the results don’t show marked autistic traits?
That is also a valuable answer. Putting words on what you experience sometimes means discovering you were looking in the wrong place. Our meeting will let you explore other possible avenues if that is the case, without judgment.
Can I do this package if I already have a diagnosis?
Absolutely. Many women who are already diagnosed choose this package to better understand their profile across the 8 dimensions, especially social masking, which is often little explored in traditional diagnostic processes.
Is it covered by insurance?
Since this is coaching and not a medical service, it is generally not covered by health insurance. Some plans do cover life or wellness coaching, however. Check with your insurer.
How long does the whole process take?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on your pace in filling out the questionnaires and our availability for the meeting. You are never rushed.
What if I need longer support afterwards?
We discuss it when we go over your results. If you want to continue, I will point you to the format that best fits your needs, with no pressure to continue with me.
