Les AuDAHcieuses

A 12-week support program for neurodivergent, autistic and ADHD women

Meet yourself differently, without masking or makeovers, through 4 modules to understand yourself while respecting your energy. An online program taught in French, for participants in Québec and throughout the French-speaking world.

Pourquoi débuter une démarche neurodivergente AuDHD

Why start this neurodivergence journey?

Holding it together, managing, delivering, then collapsing once the door is closed.

You know how to do it. You learned early, and it worked for years.

But functioning doesn’t necessarily mean that the way you function suits you. After years of adapting, masking and pushing your limits, you can end up no longer knowing what truly comes from you, from your needs, or from what you learned to do just to keep going.

This program is for AuDHD women — autistic and ADHD — who want to go beyond a theoretical understanding of their neurodivergence, to understand how they function in depth, integrate it in their body and build realistic strategies that respect their energy, their context and their cycles.

Calls: Thursdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. (Québec time)

Do you recognize yourself here?

Les AuDAHcieuses is not a trend-based program. It is grounded in scientific evidence and in the lived reality of AuDHD women.

It draws on research in neurobiology, the nervous system, hormones and brain networks, as well as current knowledge about AuDHD in women. It also integrates the findings of the survey of AuDHD women led by Dr. Samantha Hiew, which sheds light on their experiences, their challenges and their specific needs, especially after 35.

The 4 modules of the program

We finally put clear words on AuDHD in women: the iceberg (what shows, what is lived), masking, and why your traits fluctuate with your context, your energy and your cycles.

You understand how your nervous system, brain networks, hormones and whole body shape your attention, your regulation and your motivation. To stop blaming yourself and start respecting yourself.

We turn understanding into strategies you can apply: safety-led motivation, what to do when RSD comes back, boundaries, relationships and work, energy accounting, Plan A / Plan B to get out of the “I give everything, then I crash” cycle.

You consolidate your AuDHD identity, learn to talk to yourself differently, make decisions based on your capacity windows, and build your “Manual of You” to support yourself, even during low-energy weeks.

What you will get

Frequently asked questions about Les AuDAHcieuses

A 12-week program for AuDHD women, meaning autistic and ADHD. It combines understanding how you function, integrative science (nervous system, hormones, brain networks) and concrete tools to break the performance-crash cycle. It includes 4 video modules, 12 weekly 75-minute calls, an integration community and two expert workshops. The program is taught in French.

AuDHD refers to people who are both autistic and ADHD (in French, AuDAH). This combined profile creates particular dynamics: a need for routine and a need for novelty, hyperfocus and inertia, sensory sensitivity and stimulation-seeking.

The content was built from the lived reality of AuDHD women, particularly around hormones, masking and mental load. AFAB, trans and non-binary people who recognize themselves in these realities are welcome. If you’re wondering whether it’s for you, write to [email protected].

No. The program is open to people who are diagnosed, going through an assessment, or who identify with this profile. Many women recognize themselves long before they have access to an assessment, if they ever do.

If you’d like to clarify your profile before starting, the an autistic traits screening can help, without a long diagnostic process.

No. Les AuDAHcieuses touches your whole life: work, family, relationships, energy, mental load. Entrepreneurs get a lot out of it, and the program isn’t limited to them.

Because it’s often the point where masking stops working. Hormonal changes, accumulated load and exhaustion make visible what used to hold. The program welcomes people of all ages, and it is designed with this reality in mind.

It’s the set of strategies, often unconscious, used to hide, compensate or blend into an environment that isn’t designed for the way you function. It is costly in energy, and it is one of the main causes of exhaustion in neurodivergent women.

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is an intense emotional reaction to rejection, real or perceived, to criticism or to failure. It is frequently reported by people with ADHD. Module 3 offers concrete strategies for what happens when it is triggered.

The calls last 75 minutes per week. The modules are released as videos and you take two weeks to integrate each one. Everything is recorded, so you can follow at your own pace, including during low-energy weeks.

All calls are recorded. Path 1: 12-month access. Path 2: lifetime access.

No. Les AuDAHcieuses is an educational and coaching program. It does not replace medical or psychological care. Any decision about medication, hormones or health is made with a health professional.

The program is entirely online, in French, and welcomes participants from across the French-speaking world. Calls take place on Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Québec time (6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Paris time, give or take a week when the clocks change).

The real shift isn’t in what you do. It’s in the way you see yourself.

You are here to understand a way of functioning that has long been interpreted through the lens of deficits. Over the course of the program, you gradually stop measuring yourself against a model that was never built for you. You learn to recognize your needs without guilt, to respect your energy and to understand your cycles.

The tools matter. But what stays with you is a new way of seeing yourself.

Les AuDAHcieuses isn’t just a program. It’s a space where you stop trying to adapt at all costs, and start building a life that finally adapts to you.

It isn’t about becoming a calm, perfectly organized woman.

It’s a Thursday evening when you cancel a dinner. A short message, without the three paragraphs of explanation you would have written before.

It’s recognizing a low-energy week as early as Monday, instead of pushing for three days before understanding what is happening.

It’s no longer asking yourself what is wrong with you, and starting to ask what you need to make it possible.

It’s picking up a habit you dropped for two weeks, without spending the evening blaming yourself.

It’s aiming for 80%, and realizing that 80% sustained over time builds more than 100% that lasts twelve days.

It’s feeling your body tense up and understanding that it is talking to you, instead of believing it is letting you down.

And one morning, without anything spectacular, realizing that you treat yourself like someone you truly love and appreciate.

You don’t become perfect. Nothing becomes easy. Life goes on.

The magic is that you are no longer alone in supporting yourself. You first, and other women who function like you.

Annie Lachance

Annie Lachance, AuDHD coach who leads Les AuDAHcieuses

My name is Annie Lachance. I’m autistic and ADHD, and I found out at 44, following my son’s assessment. I created Les AuDAHcieuses to offer AuDHD women what I lacked for so long: the right words for what is lived on the inside (inertia that has nothing to do with laziness, the cost of masking, energy that fluctuates with the cycles) and strategies that respect this way of functioning instead of trying to fix it.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), I hold a bachelor’s degree in social work with a specialization in mental health and have more than twenty years of experience in helping relationships, much of it in crisis intervention. In the program, I bring together current research on AuDHD in women, this clinical practice and my lived experience. In the group or on the private path, I move at your pace, including during low-energy weeks.

What participants experienced in Les AuDAHcieuses

“I treated myself like someone who needed fixing”

Karine joined the group in the middle of a storm. Her son, also AuDHD, was going through a crisis. She had to be there to help him regulate while her own limits were catching up with her, with the fear of burnout close behind.

She already had knowledge. That’s not where the change happened.

“Before, even though I knew I was neurodivergent, it didn’t stop me from doing everything I could to succeed like everyone else. I treated myself as defective, as something to fix. I realized that’s where I was wrong. I finally gave myself the right to be the way I am.”

“I understand that resting now will give me back steadier energy later. I allow myself to take time off work to take care of myself and my body. I walk in nature. I listen to my energy, I measure my social battery and I say no more easily. I talk openly about the different way I function. I can spot the first signs of exhaustion and take action to avoid autistic burnout.”

— Karine, Gatineau (translated from French)

“Stopping”

Amélie arrived in a whirlwind of searching for her identity. Sick leave, separation, moving, distance from some loved ones. Everything was moving at once.

She didn’t sign up once the storm had passed. She signed up in the middle of it.

She pinpoints her turning point precisely: the video on the duality of being both autistic and ADHD.

“Stopping. Stopping to ask myself where my energy level is at, whether I should keep going or go rest.”

— Amélie (translated from French)
